- Data Collection: Types of Data (Continuous vs. Discrete) and Sampling Techniques
- Basic Statistics: Calculating Mean (μ), Median, Mode, Range, and Standard Deviation (σ)
Module 3: Lean Implementation & Change
- Workplace Excellence (5S): Practical steps to organize for efficiency
- Visual Management: Using Kanban, Andon, and Shadow Boards
- Change Management: Understanding the psychology of process change in teams
Module 4: Process Improvement Tools
- Poka-Yoke: Error-proofing designs to prevent human mistakes
- Introduction to JASP/Jamovi: Setting up environment for basic data visualization
